A little insight into the world of TXC’s crazy Lead Team.
The Lead Team of TXC is probably the most unlikely group of individuals to be working with each other. God has definitely brought us together as there is a unique synergy that only he could have orchestrated. We each bring our own set of strengths and weaknesses and it seems like when one is weak, the others are there to pick them up. Even though Dan is considered the Lead Pastor, we function as a team and if you were to sit in on one of our meetings you would see evidence of that.
