Jesus is central to the Christian faith. He HAS to be who he said he was (which was God) or else Christianity is based off of a myth. Some say he was a good man and a great teacher. But if that’s all he is then he lied to us when he said that he could forgive our sins (Luke 7:47-48) and that he was the only way to God (John 14:6)
Some might ask “Why would I trust in Jesus? Doesn’t this whole thing seem a little absurd?” We would reply yes, indeed, it sounds insane! A guy by the name of Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 1:18 that the gospel is foolishness to those who don’t believe. We don’t expect you to believe this by just reading this. We highly encourage you to investigate who Jesus is. Everyone one of our gatherings is centered around Him and what he’s done for us, so you will get plenty of time to just absorb at your own pace and make your own decision. However, if you’re still interested, continue reading a bit more. >>>Scene 1
